I was thinking about this as I took my son to school yesterday.
It seems to me that projects such as this should have their own
login IDs and directories.  That way each person in charge of a
project has the ability to put up their own changes/updates to
their own subset of web-space.

So we'd have

http://tlug.*
http://tlug.*/~tpj-jp/
http://tlug.*/~whatever/

Makes sense to me. I'll make sure that the top TLUG page has
direct links to each project (it's about time to update the
page anyway;-)
