Hi all,

We should seriously consider funding on the new TLUG server and
domain. 

We have Yen43,372 balance as of 14 Feb.  We will buy:

	- New Hard Disk			40,000 (?)
	- Memory			10,000 (?)
	- Takkyubin charge		  2,000 (?)
	- JPNIC				20,000 
	- Hosting (ISP)			10,000
	- Anything else imminent?

It is already about double the amount as we have now.  Sure, I am happy
to donate, but we need a budget and plan - otherwise too much burden
to limited number of people.

Let's list up what we need first, and then discuss how to cover.
