tlug: ADMIN: links page password

Hi all,

1,000 apologies if this is a duplicate, but my first attempt to send
this seems to have been eaten by the Great Ghost of the Net.

With the help of some friends (thanks Paul:-) the links page is now
password protected.

You'll need to use:

user: tlug
pass: gotlug

to add links to the page.
