tlug: Debian 1.3.1 with Japanese Extensions

Laser 5 has just brought out a packaged set of Debian 1.3.1
with Japanese extensions for the AT and FMTowns.  It comes 
in a box with a manual for 5800 yen.   We can try to install
it at the next meeting.
