tlug: =?iso-2022-jp?B?GyRCRnxLXDhsGyhC?= e-mail header definitions

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew what the proper
syntax was for Japanese "Subject:" fields in the header
of an e-mail message.

I sent myself a test message with
    Subject: =?iso-2022-jp?B?GyRCJUYlOSVIJEckORsoQg==?=
which is readable in my Pine mail reader, but I was wondering
if others could read it. The header of this message, should
also have a bit of nihongo, hopefully in iso-2022-jp.

Now that I think about it, it is probably in EUC because I
am outputting EUC from kinput2. The only reason that the
body of the message is in iso-2022-jp is because I set
mule to that.

Maybe, Pine-J has automatic conversion of Subject line encoding?

Is it readable?

Regards,
Craig
