Our library is here at HSBC:

We should decide on guidelines for the library materials.   I'd like to
set it up so that people can both donate items outright and also put
them on loan for a period of time.   People may want to donate items
such as old Slackware releases, but put items like "Quake" or "Applixware"
on loan for a while so that others can try them out, and then get
them back again afterwards.
