-------------------------------------------------------- tlug note from joem <root@example.com> -------------------------------------------------------- I had (still have) problems setting up Applix Mail too. It gives an SMTP error when sending mail. The POP client receives mail OK though : ). The 60-day free online help from RedHat became one "sorry we're late - we're right on it" after 3 weeks, then nothing. That notwithstanding, the big plus with ApplixWare is the HTML editor, and the M$ excel/word filters work well. -Joe. > ------------------------------------------------------- > tlug note from Jim Tittsler <jwt@example.com> > -------------------------------------------------------- > I have done very little with ApplixWare. I gave up. ----------------------------------------------------------------- a word from the sponsor will appear below ----------------------------------------------------------------- The TLUG mailing list is proudly sponsored by TWICS - Japan's First Public-Access Internet System.
