Hi,
in order to have a clear listing of the desires of the TLUGers,
I've changed the format of the questionaire a bit with 
the aid of emacs.  The
important thing to note is that there is now a "Top Choice"
item for the date.  I figure we can tally up the top choice boxes
to get the next meeting date.  

Reply back to me directly.  You can change your choices
later depending on who can and can't make it.
