Running Redhat 4.0 with Kernel 2.0.18

I've 128 MB but when I check /proc/meminfo

        total:    used:    free:  shared: buffers:  cached:

Swap: 133885952        0 133885952
MemTotal:     64088 kB
MemFree:      33020 kB
MemShared:    23088 kB
Buffers:       2848 kB
Cached:       15348 kB
SwapTotal:   130748 kB
SwapFree:    130748 kB                   




% lilo -v -q 
gives me

Reading boot sector from /dev/hda2

I've tried mem=128M and mem=+128M as well
any help
