Hi, I'm new in Linux. I have a ThinkPad 560. I installed Linux from a CD came along with a book called Walking Linux. I successfully installed most of them, but failed to use pcmcia ether card. Mine is Logitec card, which is a clone of D-Link DE650. The mini-linux PCROBO20 recognizes the Logitec card as DE650, but, the installed full version did not install mine, saying SIOCSIFBRDADDR: No such device. What is the problem? I just installed Slackware and JE. I installed pcmcia when I installed Slackware. The present system recognizes CDROM through Adaptec SCSI card, so it seems the SCSI card is working. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
