  5.0.9 rang a bell.  This is the library that Steve mentioned the other
day too.  I just tried it out and it does make Netscape 3.0 Gold work
where it had been crashing with the standard 5.3.12 or 5.2.18 libraries.
(Still no sound in the applet though).
