I suppose you already figured that out.  To be a little more helpful,
I forget exactly, but mod_auth_msql is a module which uses an SQL
database (that's where I'm fuzzy) to maintain user authorization
information.  There are other authorization modules available, so get
rid of (ie, comment out) the "Module mod_auth_msql" in the
Configuration file.  msql.h is not supplied by Apache, it's part of
the MSQL distribution.  There are more comments in Configuration.

You probably don't need or want authorization.  If you really want it,
I suggest using the dbm_auth_module.
