More imagemaps and HTTPd

NCSA HTTPd 1.5.2 is now running.  For the moment, everything will keep 
running :-)

NCSA 1.5.2 seems to support imagemaps both internally and externally
(ie, via a CGI imagemap script), just as Apache does.  It does not
use an imagemap.conf file for internal support.
