  Sunshine City is in Ikebukuro - Higashi Guchi.  It used to be the tallest
  building in Japan (60 floors), but lost that distinction to the new Landmark
  Tower in Sakuragicho (Yokohama).  (Just a bit of trivia for the TLUG gang)  :)
