Hi Y'all,

I finished putting navigation tools on the TLUG page, and you'll also notice
that I split it into multiple pages so as it grows it won't get unyieldy.
There are only a couple of backgrounds (it keeps the download time to a
minimum for those whose browsers cache) and their aren't any new graphics -
yet;-) There's a counter on the top page.

Please stop by and have a look. I'm looking forward to your suggestions.
Sorry I didn't have more time to work on it this week. We're in the process
of moving and I'm usually too tired to be creative.
