Will it it be a 64-bit OS too?

Let's say you really have a need or just wanna have fun and play
with this monster machines, how much does it cost to get one? I've
seen the Red Hat Linux for Alpha CD-ROM/Manual combo in CD-ROM
Paradise Shop in Yokohama and costs about 7,500 yen - a little bit
expensive if you've gotten used to the 2,500 yen CD-ROMs for Intel
platforms.

Speaking of Red Hat, how many of the guys in TLUG uses it?
Thanks to Jim T. and Alberto T., through their introduction, I've
been using it on my linux box now instead of Slackware. It's much
simpler to install and maintain. And I was able to use and set up
my HP DeskJet printer just reading the Red hat manual, which I was
unable to do with Slackware even after reading the Printing-HOWTO
for two damn weeks!

Red Hat is highly recommendable to novice users like me. It makes
linuxing much more fun!
