I have ordered from them many times, and feel they are very reputable and
customer service oriented. I have always had the books shipped to an address
in the states, so cannot comment on their overseas shipping -- although I do
know they do this. 
ORA was also having a small special -- something like buy two books and get
their new Perl desk ref. free. Check it out at http://www.ora.com.
