PPP modules with 1.3.59

I'm finally upgrading my system to the 1.3.59 kernel and am
having problems compiling it with gcc2.7.0.  The kernel loads
fine but the modules do not compile:

                 from /usr/include/netinet/ip_tcp.h:1,
