This is kind of free software / open culture rather than strictly speaking Linux but if people are interested I could do a little talk on AtProto, the protocol behind the Bluesky social network. I could also little bit on how other open social networks are designed to the extent that I know that (Mastodon/Fediverse, Nostr, Farcaster). Is that something people would find interesting?

(If someone else has something properly on-topic I'd suggest going with that instead.)
