If it's posted here about a week in advance and the meeting is within ~30 minutes of Shinjuku, then I'd probably have around a 70% chance of attending, with the percentage dropping as it gets farther away or the notification time is reduced (and the reverse is not true -- 70% is probably around the max likelihood for me).
