I used KDE many years ago, but ended up not liking what it evolved into. That’s ehm. You should just try them? What means many years ago? I didn’t like KDE in version 4 and 5 but 6 is my main desktop for some time now. Before that I used usually Gnome. XFCE is pretty light-weight and misses some bells and whistles, Cinnamon is kind of like KDE being a copy of the Windows-style WM but based on GTK (how is their Wayland-support these days) and Mate is like Gnome 2. And Mate and XFCE are still Xorg-DEs if I am not mistaken but KDE and especially Gnome are nowadays Wayland-DEs. Have you tried tiling WMs yet? So many options to choose from, so much time to waste in testing and playing around ;) NielsAttachment: smime.p7s
