This months technical meeting will be held online due to COVID-19.  We 
will meet in https://gather.town and the presentation will be held in 
jitsui with a stream published to youtube.  The youtube links will be 
posted on the day.

Presentation:

Measuring power consumption of a Linux System by Christian Horn

Christian will talk about the his experiences measure power consumption 
under Linux with both external power meters and the internal features of 
operating system.  He will cover the methodology he used to test various 
individual hardware components on three Linux systems spanning two 
different architectures.  He will finish by going discussing tests he 
has run comparing the power usage of different programs playing h264 
video files.

TLUG is a non-profit, non-political organization established in June
of 1994 to exchange information on the use of Linux and Free Software
Foundation tools. TLUG has an active mailing list, home page, and
regular physical meetings. Discussions are primarily held in English,
but non-English speakers are encouraged to come and participate.
We especially want to encourage Japanese people to attend and will make
efforts to support a bilingual meeting.

TLUG generally hosts technical meetings every odd-numbered month on the
2nd Saturday, and a nomikai (social even at a pub) every even-numbered
month on the 2nd Friday.
