... I didn't spot it because it didn't change.  From http://www.postfix.org/FORWARD_SECRECY_README.html:

	"To use a non-default prime, generate a 1024-bit or 2048-bit DH parameter file and set smtpd_tls_dh1024_param_file to the filename."

That'll teach me to respond before I DDG,
