I was at this event this year. Over 8000 participants. With good talks. I highly recommend it.

I'm not exaggerating: it took me 30 minutes just to skim the list. I was
starting to suspect it was a Facebook-style infinite scrolling list, and
I was never going to reach the end. :-)
