Hi Masafumi,

I guess you can't go wrong with the youth hostels at
http://www.jyh.or.jp/e/ .  I know there's one at Iidabashi, at least.
For hotels, any business hotel is perhaps cheaper than hotels in most
western countries (IMHO).
