Hi Dave. Thank you so much for this offer but I've just gotten the OK 
from IIJ to use their meeting space.

We now have a venue and two presentations. Looks like this technical 
meeting is a go. ^_^ Henry and Alberto have given me access to the site 
so I will publish it there after next week's nomikai.
