The IDML format is a mess. You can try the Okapi Framework (specifically Rainbow) to convert that to XLIFF and then use whatever XLIFF supporting tool that you want. One suggesting though: use Rainbow to convert your batch to an OmegaT XLIFF project and then put that project on a git or svn server for sync'ed translation. You'll have all the power of an offline professional (and GPLed) tool and free synchronization between translators. The benefit is that the Okapi and OmegaT teams are extremely responsive to requests for help.
