Re: [tlug] Poll: OpenOffice or LibreOffice?



Apache's OpenOffice seems to be geared towards maintaining
compatibility with Microsoft's productivity suite, while LibreOffice
seems to be geared towards new features and becoming a productivity
suite in its own right. No idea where I got this from, so sorry, it's
just an opinion which has been tossed around for a while and my own
experiences with both suites doesn't contradict it. Nevertheless,
don't treat it as fact.
