Every fact is supposed to be cited as per Wikipedia's rules and regulations, and you aren't supposed to use Wikipedia as a direct source, but as a metasource. You check a fact, then check the citation, then use that citation as a source. If you mean that not having local access to Wikipedia is a problem, then [1].
