There's two plugins for dvd or bd playback which may cause problem.
That's why they are not shipped in binary builds for USA to comply with
DCMA.

I'm not proficient enough to understand the nuance implied by [を可能と
する], but if it means a software that is known for/supports adding
those plugins, and not just doing/shipping it itself, I'm afraid there's
no solution for Japan.
