Otherwise what would happens after a pam.d/* update :) Some distro provide interactive tools to merge changes. Some not, but diff is usually sufficient.I was hoping that as almost everything was using openssl the solution that worked well under Gentoo (I believe it actually came from Debian) would work under Centos/RHEL. I am using this for automated system deployment with Chef so the above behavior isn't really helpful.Edward
