Likewise Manning. If you buy a pBook, you can get the eBook free. And
you can do it in the other direction, if you have bought the eBook you
can buy the pBook for US$12+shipping.

They do have uglier covers, but they are the publisher of must have
books like "The Joy of Clojure" so they can be forgiven their artistic
sense. ;-)
