[tlug] firefox SSL certs

- User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.2.21) Gecko/20110831 Thunderbird/3.1.13
I put /etc/ under git a few weeks back [1], and this morning it was
relatively noisy. Half of it was due to firefox version number changing.
But the rest was due to SSL certs changing.
The
deleted: ssl/certs/DigiNotar_Root_CA.pem
is explained here at:
http://blog.mozilla.com/security/2011/09/02/diginotar-removal-follow-up/
Interesting reading, and a reminder that even certificate authorities
can be run by people with human failings.
However under ssl/certs/ there is one modified file, one deleted file
and two new (untracked) files. Is there a way to take the 8 hex-digit
certificate filename and learn about it? Google finds hits but they seem
to be mostly bug reports (i.e. people dumping all their system
configuration into an email).
