[tlug] Install plugin

I am trying to use a website for school. When I login to the website, it reads "Click here to download plugin." It brings to a website where I have to choose what I download. I can choose from Adobe Reader, Abode Flash Player, Java, and RealPlayer. I downloaded Adobe Reader but it still reads "Click here to download plugin."
Which plugin should I choose?
