Yes. I personally can recommend the update to RFC 1149, RFC 2549,
although it's not as pathbreaking as the original.One of my favorite ones is RFC-2324: Hyper Text Coffee Pot Control Protocol (HTCPCP/1.0).I'd guess there are roughly 30 of these. I'm not sure what the
approval process is. I suspect it's not very well described by BCP 9.Since the late 80s, there was one of those for every April 1st. And plus some. Wikipedia has a list:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/April_Fools%27_Day_RFCPier
