yes hda1 had windows. here is the prev composition of my system. :
My Current System Config :
4 GB RAM
500 GB HDD

After making it Dual boot : (Ubunty 9.10 with Windows 7 )

/dev/sda1  ntfs  13 gb
/dev/sda2  ntfs  35 gb
/dev/sda5  ext2 /  28.7 gb
/dev/sda6  swap 5.7 gb
/dev/sda7  ext3 /boot
/dev/sda8  ext3 /home
/dev/sda9  fat32 /data [ ]

Now I tried Windows CD to reover but it shows me the followoing messege Image 3 [http://tlug.jp/wiki/Special:Contributions/Deepi]
[PS ; I chose english as a lang for UI]
Can anyone help me to read this messege.

What are the errors messages.  Looking at your partition table displayed
by supergrub something is seriously wrong.  Your first partion hda1
doesn't have a filesystem type, but presumably is your windows partition
because windows isn't going to fit on your second partition hda2 which
is only 100MB.  I would try to boot into Ubuntu, then backup any
important files.  Then try recovering your windows partition table.
After that reinstall GRUB to your MBR to get dual boot working.
