The Kyoto Information Security User Group (京SEC) will hold its first
meeting on April 25th in the city of Kyoto.  Participation is free.
Meetings will be held on a monthly basis and conducted in Japanese. Dan
Burrowes will be leading the first session, entitled "ICMP Abuses,
Mitigation, and Monitoring".

Meeting details, the 京SEC Mailing List, and more information about the
group can be found at www.kyosec.org

It's a long way from Kanto, but if anyone will happen to be in the area
on that day, you're more than welcome to attend.
