No, but the issues you're talking about are far from new. My memories go
back only to the 1970s, but people were experiencing the same problems
and ranting about them the same way back then.

When you're looking at any argument related to taxation, you do have to
keep in mind that, though (from an economic point of view) real-world
taxes are generally very inefficent, to have a government at all is
inevitably going to involve a fair amount of inefficiency and it's still
better than true anarchy.

To get even more off-topic, it's very fun to tell Randroid libertarians
that the sort of country in which they want to live already exists:
Somalia.
