[tlug] Can I safely delete these files from my web hosting server?

TLUG,

On my main web hosting service, I have 10 GB of hard drive space.
Recently, I started getting automated email warnings saying my disk was
over 80% full.

I've had this problem before, so I had some commands that you guys
recommended I run to find out what files and directories are eating up
space. None of my sites store a lot of multimedia or anything, so I
can't imagine I use more than one or two gigabytes of space. Must be
some log files or email spools getting too fat.

I found some obvious culprit files, like zip files full of temporary
data that were for some reason still in the .Trash directory (The
hosting uses Red Had Linux, I think.)

But there are some other files that are huge but I'm not sure if I can
remove them or not. So I wanted to check with you guys before I
accidentally hosed my system.

Are these removable?
