[tlug] more on ibus

Wanted to add an update.  Another fellow on Fedora-testing said it was
working for him in opera, so I uninstalled ibus and ibus-anthy, ran yum
update and then did yum install @japanese-support--this just brought in
a few things. 

Anyway, after that, it all works, that is, uxterm, urxvt and opera. 

So, I'm a happy camper at the moment.  It does, somehow, seem to have a
slightly nicer interface than scim, though I don't think I'd call it a
major difference, this is just a very vague personal impression.
