Is there any interest in my hypertext talk? I've written short outline:
<---------------------------------------------->
Hypertext (possible presentation at TLUG in May)
Many people have only a passing familiarity with hypertext, their first, and only, contact with it being the Web. This talk will give an overview of hypertext, and demonstrate that Berners-Lee's implementation of hypertext is not just poor, it's fundamentally broken. Key concepts such as intertwingularity, transclusion, virtuality, linking and tumblers will be covered, as well as their relation to human-computer-interaction and augmentation.
<---------------------------------------------->
By the way, is anybody on this list already familiar with or interested in hypertext?
Thanks,
Matthew
