Interesting to watch this process. It turns out to be a bug that
was first reported about 2 years ago(!) but is not yet fixed, or to be more
accurate, the fix has not been installed and released. Some comments from the
initial bug page (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=382369)

2008-02-28 : We really should fix this, the fix is in reach. But we
wouldn't block on it.

2008-07-21 : Mats, can you follow up here? This seems close.

2009-03-15 : This affects a lot of sites.  Mats, any chance we can get
the patch
updated and checked in?

That last one was stirred up by my reporting it. It's been reported
several times.
