I recently installed rikaichan to try it. Fairly quickly i also noticed 
the issue. I'd not yet searched for a fix though. I've noticed it on 
both Firefox 2.0.0.19 and 3.0.6, but in both cases, "Firefox" is 
Debian's repackaged version that they call Iceweasel.
