[tlug] usb video capture device

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a linux-supported (obviously :)) usb video
capture device so I can watch Japanese tv on my laptop (via cable, not
satellite)? I'm in Tokyo right now, but if there is some device that I
can take home with me to Europe (Belgium) that'd be even better.
