I agree. I wasn't placing the blame at the door step of either the buyer 
or the seller. I think it's just general inefficiency that can cut 
either way on a case by case basis.

Thanks. It's worth very much to have your praise. I'm actually quite 
relieved to hear you say that because it's always a fear that a sequel 
will not be as good as the original.

You may have just inadvertently sparked a new article. This may be 
related to an idea I was having (that is kind of half baked at this 
point) about the use of things like video codecs and whatnot to be able 
to play proprietary file formats.

If you have any more comments about the issue as you see it, I'd love to 
hear more.
