Indeed, Microsoft already distributes a set of tools designed for
similar things. However, I believe it's aimed more towards computer
professionals. Though it would be quite easy to build something easy to
use by relatively naive users, law enforcement seems yet to catch up
in this area. It's so easy to do, though, that's it's just a matter of
time, I'm sure.
