Usen is the most "open" ISP I ever seen. Their service gives an /29 network,
so we can use 04 IPs, no ports are blocked( at least that's what I saw
2, 3 years ago).
and the speed was fast in comparison with other ISP.

YahooBB simply sucks. To stop the line, I had to queue the support
line for more than an hour.
I mean, their support is not good.
