trac can be used as a part of httpd( with web_dav module builtin) or it can be run standalone.
Currently, I am running trac+sqlite standalone for the sake of

trac is ok, it is fairly simple. Last time I looked there wiki said mysql was very beta, but postgresql seems to work ok For something more complete there is redmine[1], or mingle[2].
