I certainly do not mind my job, but I've been Listmaster for almost
six years now, and that is long enough. I'll happily continue doing it
if there are no volunteers, but if someone else wants to volunteer,
you can learn the following hard and soft skills:

(Hard)
* GNU Mailman administration
* exim MTA administration
* MHonArc archiving system
* MediaWiki markup

(Soft)
* How to keep a mailing list civil and on-topic, whilst not turning it
into a boring, Draconian police state

The latter skill is the most important, and that is why I would ask
that any potential volunteers be people that have been at least
lurking on TLUG for several years. If you are newer to TLUG, but have
interest, please volunteer to be a List Moderator[2].
