I've written a Perl filter that downsamples MediaWiki to a
keitai-viewable state. You should be easily able to skin MediaWiki to
only display the main content and maybe a search box at the top or
bottom (or both) pretty easily, but I have never written a MediaWiki
skin. It is written in PHP, IIRC.

I can help you with the technical details of the keitai downsampling
if you need, though keitai-dev.org may be a better venue, since you'd
have access to non-TLUG expertise as well.
